Hosted by Heritage Life HOA, this unique event invites participants to immerse themselves in the practice of GOGA amidst the serene surroundings of Fort Worth, TX. Picture yourself on the grassy knoll next to the volleyball courts, as our endearing tribe of pet goats frolics and interacts with you throughout the session. Embrace the outdoors and come dressed appropriately for the weather, as this event takes place in the open air.

Join us and contribute to a worthy cause, as the proceeds from this class directly benefit our animals and local non-profit initiatives. Please note that the fenced-off goat yoga area should only be accessed 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. Feel free to capture memorable moments with our goats after the session, allowing for extra socializing and photo opportunities.

Remember to bring your own yoga mat, as we do not provide them. However, we offer large towels for all attendees and provide essential items such as bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray. As you partake in this delightful experience, be prepared for the goats' playful curiosity. They may nudge, scratch, nibble, or even jump and step on you. For your convenience, a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes will be available.

Prior to the class, kindly check in and sign our liability waiver. Masks are not required for this outdoor fitness event, and each participant is responsible for maintaining their preferred level of social distancing. I think this cowboy village is pretty good. It&#39;s a crowded and lively place. Some buildings are very old, and some buildings look a bit like Mexican style. When I went there, I saw a cattle drive show, which was interesting. The cows were so cute, all with long horns, and their heads shook as they walked. Later, I went to the train station to watch a show. The cowboys&#39; gunfight was very interesting, and the gunshot scared me. Then there were many craft and painting shops, many bars along the street, and many places to consume. We bought a T-shirt with fort worth and Texas printed on it, but Made in China, haha, in short, it&#39;s pretty good! Worth a visit!
