Public Event Experience the art, science and beauty of Classical fencing at the Grand Assault of Arms, now in its 21th year; it’s like stepping back into the 19th century. The annual Grand Assault of Arms is a test of skill among classical fencers. Classical fencing predates and is different from the modern form ones sees in the Olympics today. The program includes informative demonstrations as well as spirited bouts with foil, dueling sword, dueling saber & 18th century small-sword. The fencers that you will be observing are the finalists emerging from the preliminaries held on the previous day. The concept of the  Grand  Assault developed in the early 1870’s during France’s gilded age, La Belle Epoque, and was wildly popular and well attended. It is in this spirit that we host this event at the historic St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church in Brooklyn. Central Park is very fun. There are large lawns and many squirrels running around. You can rent bicycles and ride horse-drawn carriages in the park. It is also nice to just walk around. There is a huge children&#39;s playground not far from Columbus circle. Children from all over the world who come to New York come here to play. They can play in the sand and water, and there are slides, swings, and rockeries. It is easy to play for half a day. There are also many people playing on the lawn. Many people there like to throw frisbees. Many families come here for vacation. It doesn&#39;t get dark until about 8:30 in the summer in the United States, so it&#39;s no problem to play in the park for a whole day!

Very good Bronx Zoo, one of the must-see places in New York. I really like the facilities and garden design here. It is beautiful and friendly to watch. We didn&#39;t see many animals because it was raining.

Great experience! Booking of tickets on Trip was easy-received QR codes for entrance into the museum received shortly. Skipped the queue to buy tickets at the museum. Get to go onboard the aircraft carrier and submarine for the first time! Interesting visit!

Bryant Park

Bryant Park is adjacent to the New York Public Library. It is named after the American naturalist poet William Cullen Bryant and is a public space covering one block.

In the middle of the park is a large square lawn; on the east side is a statue of Bryant, with his back against the New York Public Library, looking at the tourists in the park; on the west side of the lawn is a fountain; and around it are a circle of tables and chairs for tourists to relax and rest.

Perhaps because it is in a busy city and next to the library, there are quite a lot of tourists in the park, it is very lively and full of life.
