Hello again! Happy New year to everyone! We invite you all to come enjoy Peng Chau island and our next movie night this Sunday 12st January. We will continue watching movies from Southern Europe. This time the country is Greece and the movie is called 'Μια αιωνιότητα και μια μέρα' or 'Eternity and a Day' (1998) from the director Theo Angelopoulos. The movie is an exploration on the meaning of life when one knows there is little time left. The movie will have English subtitles. Is the first time watching a movie with Greek language, so come and enjoy!
This time we will also play board games starting at 4pm and ending close to the start of the movie at 6:50pm. We have many games but we thought to start first with Dixit, continue with Splendor and finishing with Pandemic.
If you are joining us for the games you can arrive earlier and message me to my IG @agus.spanish. We will start the movie at 7pm till 9pm in a terrace in Peng Chau. There is a ferry at 5:50pm from Central Pier N6 and arrives in Peng Chau at 6:30pm. My place is very close to the pier. I can meet people at the pier at 6:30pm. Or if you want to spend the day in Peng Chau and meet each other afterwards that's also fine!
Please let me know if you are coming beforehand so we can prepare for us to meet and take you to the address. We want to encourage discussion about the movie and its theme afterwards. We will prepare some questions so we can debate about it together! You can bring your own food too. This is my second time there. My family and I had a blast. The locals were so friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff! It was a wonderful experience, unforgettable. Ocean Park is great value for money. We paid over 400 yuan for an adult ticket, over 200 yuan for a child ticket, and 703 yuan for an annual pass. We also received a lot of game coupons with our purchases. We didn&#39;t have time to play any of them, but we&#39;ll come back next time. Thank you to all the staff, they were so friendly and patient.
