Part of Theatreship's guest nights - where contemporary artists take over the ship to highlight the stories they want to tell. In this edition, Nicole Skeltys and Bill Garrett present their recent Rock Opera Film: Here's some more info from them: From 2020-2023, Australian composer Nicole Skeltys worked with Australian and British musicians and actors to produce a rock opera set in London’s finance industry. The story and characters are fictional, but they are drawn from interviews Skeltys did with finance people and commentators on the industry 2019-2022, as well as other research and media stories about events that have actually happened in the finance world.  Warmly supported and endorsed by Pete Townshend, the father of the rock opera genre, this 50 minute DIY film is a visualisation of her rock opera, which she hopes will spark interest in a live performance of the show at Canary Wharf itself.  The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Skeltys and co-producer Bill Garrett. ______________________ Doors open at 4pm for drinks in the bar. Broadly suitable for children, although includes swearing. Theatreship is committed to broadening access to the arts - we know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some. If the regular ticket price is beyond what you feel able to afford for whatever reason, please don't hesitate to email us at tickets@theatreship.co.uk and we will send over a ticket at whatever price works for you, no questions asked. Due to the historic nature of the ship, we’re sorry to say there is not currently step-free access into the theatre space. This is a well-deserved attraction, ideally allowing at least two hours. It&#39;s grand yet unassuming, and historical yet not outdated. Each step is incredibly difficult to take, and the scenery is breathtaking. You won&#39;t want to stop until you&#39;ve seen enough. Photography is not permitted.

Revisiting the Natural History Museum in London
The Natural History Museum in London, formerly the Natural History Department of the British Museum, officially became independent in 1963.
Climbing the magnificent spiral staircase, the mineral exhibition area on the right side of the second floor resembles a subterranean palace. Among the over 5,000 mineral specimens, the most stunning is the 3-meter-high amethyst wall&mdash;a perfectly cut amethyst cave from Brazil, shimmering with a dreamy purple glow under the light.

1️⃣ The legendary Hope Blue Diamond (replica), this 45.52-carat blue diamond carries a cursed legend.
2️⃣ The 563-carat &quot;Princess of Brazil&quot; topaz, like a beam of frozen sunlight.

Most magical are the fluorescent mineral displays: the stones, gray under ordinary light, suddenly burst into neon colors under ultraviolet light!
The meteorite exhibition hall houses the world&#39;s most complete collection of meteorite specimens. The most precious of these is the 4.5-ton Bakubiri meteorite, discovered in Namibia, Africa in 1902. Local tribes used it to forge spearheads. Touching these rocks from outer space allows you to feel the mysterious pulse of the universe.
