Gul Collective Plant Stories in Threads Gul Collective Plant Stories in Threads presents a suite of artworks inspired by plants. This exhibition, the culmination of more than two years of working together in the Multicultural Women’s Hub at Arts & Cultural Exchange in Parramatta, is an exploration of individual and shared plant histories, memories and connections to place. The works of art exhibited here are transcriptions of the artists’ plant stories and personal experiences, articulated through traditional and contemporary textile techniques. Join the Gul Collective on a curated tour of their exhibition 'Plant Stories in Thread'. After hearing from the artists, join us in a creative exploration of florals and plants in threads with Gul Collective. Bring a friend, share stories and enjoy creating together while contributing to our community's woven artwork! Please note there will be a Mother's Day Special session on Sunday 11th May 2025. All ages welcome. Materials will be provided to contribute to the communal artwork or to take some textile art home! Register Now. Spaces are limited, so secure your spot today! The Royal Botanic Garden of Sydney is really the most worth punching in Sydney&#39;s green lung! 🌿 You can head into this city oasis in 5 minutes walk from the Sydney Museum. It is completely free and beautiful to suffocate! The first push for Mrs McCrory&#39;s seat, sitting on a sandstone-carved chair, the picture of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge is directly sealed! 📸 Whether it is the early morning mist or the golden embers of the evening, a shot is a postcard-level blockbuster. Secretly tell you, along the coastline to the south, there is a reef beach under the shade of trees, sitting there taking back photos is super atmosphere~ there are so many surprises in the park! The giant coconut trees of the palm garden seem to be in a tropical rain forest. The rose garden has more than 1,800 roses blooming in the sun, and the air is sweet. In the tropical rain forest greenhouse, you can see Titan Konjac and the Waremaizon of the Dinosaur Age. It is a paradise for plant lovers! 🦖 Lying on the big lawn in the afternoon, watching locals walk their dogs, picnic, and play Frisbee, the lazy atmosphere makes people relax instantly. When you are tired, go to Caf&eacute; Gusto next to the greenhouse to order a cup of coffee and sit on the terrace and watch the squat jump in the treetops. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes to stroll slowly, from sunrise to sunset. If you are in a hurry, rent a bicycle for 30 minutes to travel around the park. Remember to bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen, after all, the density of green plants here is really too high!

How to live? You have to take a ride when you come, but it&#39;s just an ordinary cable car. It&#39;s very steep but the speed is very slow, and you won&#39;t feel weightless.
