We will meet at Hadleigh Castle Car park 10 minutes before the class to ensure we have enough time to walk up together and find the perfect spot. Please bring your own yoga mat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Also, if it’s a cold or windy day, something warm to wear for the final relaxation (a dry robe, big jumper, or coat) is a great idea. If we can’t go ahead with the class because it’s too rainy or stormy, I’ll let you know via email at least one hour before the class starts. You’ll have the option to transfer your booking to another class or get a refund. If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know by email at least 24 hours in advance.
