In an old neighborhood, an elderly scientist, and a missing gecko, a hidden game of hide-and-seek unfolds within this aging room, revolving around memory, loneliness, and companionship. Old Pan, a former zoologist now in his seventies, now struggles with mobility issues and memory loss. One day, he discovers that his grandson's pet gecko seems to be able to "talk" to him. Is it an illusion? Loneliness? Or is there something else going on? A mysterious figure intrudes into Old Pan's "fortress," leading to a bizarre and surprising discovery!
Why has the gecko disappeared? Where is it hiding? In a game of hide-and-seek, where absurdity intersects with reality, we follow Lao Pan on his journey to find dignity and warmth. Using the creative techniques of storytelling theater, "Gecko Hide-and-Seek" constructs a rich world within a minimalist setting, using a gecko to weave together an urban allegory of aging, family, deception, and loneliness.

At five o&#39;clock in the evening, I stood on Baoshishan Hill, overlooking West Lake. The setting sun cast a shimmering glow across the water, and Leifeng Pagoda, shimmering in the golden light, seemed even more ancient. Descending from the hill, I strolled along Beishan Street. The plane trees rustled in the evening breeze, and the old villas were gilded by the setting sun, creating a retro atmosphere.

Walking along the lakeside, Gushan Park offered sparsely populated and beautiful scenery. Sitting on a bench, I watched mandarin ducks frolicking in the lake, the occasional squirrel scurrying past. Not far away, bus No. 1314 slowly passed, laden with romance.

As dusk deepened, I arrived at the Broken Bridge. The crowds were dwindling. Standing on the bridge, I waited for the streetlights to light up, and the reflections on the lake shone like a galaxy, as if transported back to the moment when Xu Xian and White Snake met.

The evening at West Lake has both the poetic beauty of nature and the hustle and bustle of life, making people linger.

Hey, it&#39;s the ticket entrance. To enter Lingyin Temple again, you have to pay another ticket~ So I didn&#39;t go in. Then there are places to walk around and look at at the back👀 Hahaha Locals all say why go to so many temples~ There&#39;s nothing we can do👐 Who says we are tourists
