The Kui Festival consists of four festivals: the Kui Festival (main festival), the Kui Costume Festival, the Kui Fireworks Festival, and the Green Festival. It is an event with many highlights. Since this event will be held in the center of Tsu City, it is easily accessible and is a rare opportunity to enter the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force base that is usually closed to the public.
