Unlike traditional therapies, BLAST® rapidly and compassionately resolves trauma without re-traumatisation or emotional distress, making it a gentle yet powerful alternative to EMDR.
During this interactive event Nick Davies, founder of the evidence based BLAST Technique® for trauma will explain what PTSD and trauma are, and how you can determine if you are suffering yourself. He will cover the neuroscience behind PTSD and trauma and explain why some therapies are not only ineffective but can worsen the symptoms, and why sometimes sufferers turn to addiction.
Nick will do a live demonstration with a volunteer, healing their trauma quickly and permanently, with compassion and kindness, with his evidence-based BLAST Technique®. Tracy Friend founder of Liberating the Heart and co-founder of the Law of Attraction Centre will share her experience of how Nick's BLAST Technique® released the emotional pain she had from her sister's suicide. This event is in honour of her sister Sally.
You will be given a powerful BLAST® 'self-care' protocol to take away with you to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress or low mood.
Tracy Friend will teach a five element Traditional Chinese Medicine healing sound meditation to help release any stuck emotions from the organs in the body. She will also share a simple pranayama breathwork technique to assist you with moving from the fight or flight mode of the sympathetic nervous system into the rest and digest mode of the parasympathetic nervous system.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.
