There is a ton of information out there about “healthy diets” but much of it is confusing or contradictory. There’s also a lot of buzzwords like “ultra-processed” flying around that aren’t always clearly defined. As a shopper, it can be hard to know just how healthy or harmful what you’re buying is, especially when some information is not easily visible when looking at an item in the grocery store. This event will explore what barriers to that knowledge exist and how they can be overcome based on useful case studies.
The event will be an expert and community panel discussion with opportunities for audience Q&A's, as well as opportunities for networking afterwards.
