Identify ways to support and sustain staff wellbeing, morale and retention.
Participants will leave with practical tools and a clearer plan to improve behaviour and wellbeing school-wide.
Course Trainer
Michael Eggleton joined Charles Dickens Primary School and Nursery in 2010, following teaching positions in Surrey. Michael has been part of the CDPS leadership team since 2014 and has held the position of Deputy Headteacher and Head of School before becoming the Headteacher. Michael's areas of specialism include behaviour and emotional wellbeing. He undertook postgraduate training at Yale University in the RULER method of emotional regulation as developed by Dr Marc Brackett. For the London South Research School, he has developed and delivered 'Early Emotions' - a wellbeing scheme for 2 - 4 year olds.
In addition to his responsibilities at CDPS, Michael is a lead school inspector and a member of two Department for Education expert advisory boards on education.

This course is suited for Senior Leaders and Teachers.
Cost
£75 per person for SWIFT member schools | £100 for Non-members.

If the place you are cancelling is for a ‘no additional charge’ event under the SWIFT Offer to Schools, you may withdraw, without penalty, provided a minimum notice of 24 hours before the start time of the event is given.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, for each date of a course for which there is no additional charge, then the following charges will apply per applicant: £25.00
Should a training course recruit insufficient numbers to make it viable, we reserve the right to cancel the course, without penalty, giving a minimum notice of 24 hours.
