Every year, the vibrant global Sherry community comes together for a week of culinary and cultural events highlighting the versatility and diversity of fortified wines, from dry and crisp Fino to velvety and rich Crémant. Sherry styles pair well with a variety of foods, and this is an ideal opportunity to explore the full range of Sherry and its fascinating ageing process in the multi-cask Solera and Criadera systems. 
Last year alone, more than 3,000 events took place in 28 countries, from the heart of Sherry, Jerez, Spain, to the streets of London, Sao Paulo, Tokyo, New York, Buenos Aires, Sydney and hundreds of other cities, creating a social media sensation.
