Elk Grove Village Events in November, 2023

The Invictus Youth Foundation is hosting their 6th Annual FREE Youth Basketball Camp in Elk Grove. This camp, held at the Barbara Morse Wackford Community & Aquatic Complex, aims to provide a positive and educational experience for youth in the Sacramento region. Taking place on November 20th and 21st, from 9:45am to 11:45am, this two-day camp offers young athletes aged 6-13 the opportunity to learn fundamental basketball skills, the value of teamwork, and important life lessons from experienced coaches. With a maximum capacity of 100 participants each day, it's important to register early to secure a spot. Each camper will also receive a free camp t-shirt. The Invictus Youth Foundation's mission is to promote self-development, educational guidance, holistic sports training, and encourage success among at-risk youth. Parents are expected to arrive early for check-in, complete the Release of Liability waiver, bring water for their child, and ensure they arrive dressed appropriately in basketball attire. While masks are recommended, they are not required. Donations are welcome to support the foundation's ongoing programs.
