Flatbread with Crumbled Sausage and Greens
Fresh peppers from the garden for a bright salsa drizzle
Panzanella with Heirloom Tomatoes, Corn, Fresh Herbs and Burrata
Torn and toasted sourdough croutons for the delicious juices
Chicketta - Spiced and Herb Rubbed Chicken
The marinade creates “spatchcocked” chicken on the grill with a crispy, golden skin
New Fingerling Potato Salad
With charred onion, olive oil and lemon dressing
Blueberry-Almond Torta
BC blueberries, crunchy almonds- a cake waiting for an espresso

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
