The Bath Jane Austen Festival is the largest and longest-running Jane Austen festival in the world. The first Jane Austen Festival took place over a weekend in 2001 at the Jane Austen Centre in Bath. Today, the event has grown to a 10-day event, attracting over 3,500 visitors from around the world. 
The festival opens with the Regency Costume Promenade. Since 2004, over 1,000 people dressed in Regency costume have paraded through the streets of Bath, and the event holds the Guinness World Record for the Largest Gathering in Regency Costume. In Georgian Bath, people dress in hats, soldiers and drummers, and feel transported to the days of Jane Austen.

I enjoyed a day at Thermea! It&rsquo;s true &hellip; this is not a quiet spa! But we didn&rsquo;t mind that as we like to chat as well. At other spas we&rsquo;ve been to there is little or quiet chatter and people are often asked to stay quiet. At Thermea guests can get pretty loud in the hot springs or by the fire. We enjoyed a couple of sessions, like stretching and concentration. We really loved how these were offered to us. There is one steam room available for use and the other one is for an extra co

A very historical town. The car shuttled through the streets and alleys of Bath, and it turned out that this is the hometown of &quot;Jane Austen&quot;, the female writer who wrote &quot;Pride and Prejudice&quot;. The Royal Crescent

Bath&#39;s most famous attraction is also one of the most magnificent Georgian buildings in the UK. The Crescent Building is a group of 30 connected houses. It looks like a crescent moon from the distant mountains, and it echoes the circus, which represents the sun. There is a lawn for tourists and local residents to rest and play.

House No. 1 is a museum (don&#39;t go if you don&#39;t want to go), two houses in the middle have been converted into hotels (very expensive), and the rest are private property. It&#39;s very beautiful when the sun is full~
