The Jeju Food & Wine Festival (JFWF), held since 2016, has become an important milestone in Korea's food culture industry. Held every May, the Jeju Food World Festival has grown over the years into a world-renowned food festival that symbolizes Jeju Island, set against the backdrop of Jeju's beautiful natural scenery. It not only highlights Jeju's diverse fresh ingredients, such as seafood, Jeju black pork, and a variety of citrus fruits, but also incorporates traditional cooking techniques and recipes that have been passed down in modern times, providing food lovers with an experience of exploring and tasting unique flavors. The Jeju Food & Wine Festival (JFWF) is a cultural event that promotes the value of Jeju's agricultural and marine products and the food culture bestowed by Jeju's nature to the world through various food contents based on Jeju's pure ingredients and the creativity of chefs. A trip to Jeju Island without marinated crab is a complete waste‼ ️
🦀Marinated crab: Full of crab roe, not at all fishy, and the crab meat is plump. The raw marinade pairs perfectly with the shredded seaweed.
🦐Marinated shrimp: Fresh, plump, and large, the sauce is even better.
🦀Flower crab soup: Fans of Korean variety shows flock to the restaurant, featuring a generous selection of seafood.
🐮Jeju Korean beef: A Jeju specialty, what better way to avoid it? The texture is beautifully textured, and the flavor is undeniably impressive.
🐷Jeju black pork belly: Many restaurants sell black pork belly, and it&#39;s truly different from regular pork belly. A must-try! +1.
🐠Fried hairtail: Another specialty, the fish are large and fresh.
🍡The side dishes were incredibly delicious. I devoured 6 plates of stir-fried rice cakes.

Asia&#39;s largest aquarium, the water shows are fantastic, the aquatic animals are plentiful, the diverse viewing options are engaging, and the dining and other facilities are excellent. There are also some interactive photo-taking facilities for children, which was a great experience for the kids!

I think the fun is the novelty of being inside a submarine. The trip started with a ship that goes around an island and delivers us to a barge/pontoon which allows us to then embark onto the submarine itself. The submarine itself is quite spacious which allows for varied seating arrangements. The only downside is the weather/environment which makes the sea viewing experience left to chance. When we went, the sea was quite murky and you don&#39;t get visibility far away. But we managed to get to see some fish and the journey includes resting next to a sunken ship that became artificial reef at 45 meters below sea level.

No entrance fee required. 💰 Turn left after the ticket office and head down the road to see stunning views. ❗️
