Join the July 4th Freedom Run NYC, a small and private group run, in the beautiful setting of the Hudson River Trails in New York City. This event is perfect for runners of all ages and paces, whether you prefer to run or walk. Choose between a 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon and celebrate the July 4th weekend with friends and family.

Not only will you have a great time, but you will also be supporting a worthy cause. 10% of the net proceeds, as well as 100% of the fundraising, will go to Hope for the Warriors, a non-profit organization that provides support programs for service members, veterans, and military families.

Make sure to sign up quickly as spots are limited and waves will sell out fast. If your preferred wave is sold out, you can still sign up for the virtual run option or join the waitlist. The run is capped at just 15-20 participants per wave, ensuring a more intimate and enjoyable experience.

There's no need for any special equipment or setup, just bring yourself and our coordinators will be there to support and guide you throughout the event. While timing is optional, our coordinators can help you keep track of your time using bib numbers given out on race day.

As a participant, you will receive a premium running shirt shipped directly to your address, and for those who complete the run, a finisher's medal will be awarded. Packet pickup is hassle-free as everything will be shipped to you. 

Wave times are available from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and if you can't make it to a specific wave, late runners can still participate upon arrival. For those who prefer a virtual run, you can choose this option and complete the run at any time and place of your choosing.

Central Park is very fun. There are large lawns and many squirrels running around. You can rent bicycles and ride horse-drawn carriages in the park. It is also nice to just walk around. There is a huge children&#39;s playground not far from Columbus circle. Children from all over the world who come to New York come here to play. They can play in the sand and water, and there are slides, swings, and rockeries. It is easy to play for half a day. There are also many people playing on the lawn. Many people there like to throw frisbees. Many families come here for vacation. It doesn&#39;t get dark until about 8:30 in the summer in the United States, so it&#39;s no problem to play in the park for a whole day!

Very good Bronx Zoo, one of the must-see places in New York. I really like the facilities and garden design here. It is beautiful and friendly to watch. We didn&#39;t see many animals because it was raining.

Great experience! Booking of tickets on Trip was easy-received QR codes for entrance into the museum received shortly. Skipped the queue to buy tickets at the museum. Get to go onboard the aircraft carrier and submarine for the first time! Interesting visit!

Bryant Park

Bryant Park is adjacent to the New York Public Library. It is named after the American naturalist poet William Cullen Bryant and is a public space covering one block.

In the middle of the park is a large square lawn; on the east side is a statue of Bryant, with his back against the New York Public Library, looking at the tourists in the park; on the west side of the lawn is a fountain; and around it are a circle of tables and chairs for tourists to relax and rest.

Perhaps because it is in a busy city and next to the library, there are quite a lot of tourists in the park, it is very lively and full of life.
