Paula is a UESCA qualified ultramarathon running coach and athlete. As a Co-Founder of London based Camino-Ultra one of her areas of specialism has become the challenge of preparing athletes for mountain races whilst living in a UK city or town. In recent years Paula has finished the Montane Challenger Spine South, major 100 milers as well as the Centurion 50 mile Grand Slam series. In the up and coming months you will find Paula up on the Pennines training runners for this year's Winter events as well as preparing herself for the epic Winter Downs 100.

Her profound knowledge and deep understanding of Beijing culture made us feel truly moved and reluctant to leave. My fellow travelers immediately decided to listen for an extra hour.
