Introducing the "Let's Get Moving: Community Fitness Boxing Class"! This class is suitable for those who are planning to become pregnant, currently pregnant, or at least 8 weeks postpartum. It offers a unique combination of shadow boxing and cardiovascular training to help you stay fit and healthy during this important phase of your life. 

During the class, you will have the opportunity to punch on the Quiet Punch, a portable punching bag, for ten rounds. This will be followed by active recovery between each round to elevate your heart rate and maximize your workout. Additionally, the class will incorporate body movements that are specifically designed to relieve aches and pains commonly experienced during pregnancy and prepare your body for childbirth. 

No prior experience is necessary to join this class. Each session begins with a dynamic warmup and concludes with a brief cool-down and mindful pause, ensuring a well-rounded and fulfilling fitness experience. Please note that registration is limited to 10 participants in person, so be sure to sign up today to secure your spot. 

As with any physical exercise, there are inherent risks involved. We strongly advise you to consult with a medical doctor before engaging in any exercise or training program, especially if you have any serious injuries or chronic conditions. By participating in our fitness sessions, you acknowledge and accept that you are doing so at your own risk. 

In the event that you require medical care or treatment during the class, our team at BodiE.D. by Easton is authorized to provide all necessary emergency medical care, including first aid, CPR, the use of AEDs, emergency medical transport, and sharing of medical information with medical personnel.
