The concert “Starlight, Lawn, Symphony”, one of the performances of the Macao Orchestra’s 2024-25 season, will be held at 7:45pm on 16 November (Saturday) at the Macao Cultural Centre Plaza. Led by Liao Guomin, the Macao Orchestra’s Music Director and Chief Conductor, the Macao Orchestra will join hands with the internationally renowned Grammy “King of Trumpet” Chris Botti to present an open-air concert that combines pop classics with jazz elements. 
American trumpet player and composer Chris Botti, known as the “King of Trumpet”, has been a professional musician since high school. His superb skills have been recognized over the years and he has accumulated countless fans. In addition to jazz, he is also eclectic in his performances and is adept at playing different types of music, spanning jazz, rock, pop, classical and other fields. Since his debut in 1995, he has won many awards and recognitions, including the Grammy Award for the “Best Pop Instrumental Album” for his album “Impressions”. The “Starlight, Lawn, Symphony” concert is also the first outdoor lawn concert held by the Macao Orchestra. Audiences are welcome to have a picnic on site and have fun with friends and family, experiencing an experience different from that of watching performances in concert halls.

The water park is amazing, but we couldn&rsquo;t enjoy the indoor slides due to the one hour waiting period in the queue. My son still enjoyed the outdoor rides.
