The popular Hong Kong Food Festival, called So Hong Kong, will return as part of Bury Food Festival over the weekend of July 19-20. The festival will celebrate Manchester’s Hong Kong community and introduce people to the region’s cuisine, including native Cantonese dishes as well as Japanese, Korean and South Asian dishes. Hong Kong cuisine features rice, roasts, soups, dim sum and the increasingly popular Hong Kong French toast, many of which will be served in Bury.
