Matthew Sullivan is the beloved author of Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore, an Indie Next Pick, B&N Discover pick, a GoodReads Choice Award finalist and winner of the Colorado Book Award. He received his MFA from the University of Idaho and has been a resident writer at Yaddo, Centrum, and the Vermont Studio Center. His short stories have been awarded the Robert Olen Butler Fiction Prize and the Florida Review Editors’ Award for Fiction. His writing has been featured in the New York Times Modern Love column, The Daily Beast, and Shelf Awareness amongst others.

I haven&#39;t been able to go abroad for a while, so I can only take out the photos I took before and look at them. I miss it a lot. We also bought a lot of things in this place, and its architecture is also very local.

The State Government Plaza in Colorado, where Denver is located, is where you can visit the state government&#39;s golden-domed Capitol. Many state governments in the United States have areas open to tourists for free. You just need to go through security check at their specified time.

This Colorado State Government Capitol is the seat of the state legislature and the governor&#39;s office, and is also the office of the Senate and House of Representatives.

It is said that the golden roof of this capitol is made of pure gold to commemorate the gold rush in Colorado.

Walking in this state capitol, you can really feel that every step and every scene is particularly &quot;American&quot;, and you can see people or events related to Colorado&#39;s history wherever you look.

For a 24k pure tourist who is not so interested in American history, the magnificent European architectural style is the best for punching in. For tourists who just need to take a quick look, it usually takes 30-40 minutes to visit the three floors that can be visited, except for historical learning tourists.
