Note: Chef Luis recommends pairing tonight's menu with

On the menu tonight:
Duros con Ceviche
 - A traditional carrot and Mahi Mahi ceviche, crisp cucumber and red onions served over a deep fried wheat bread similar to pork rind
Asado a la Plaza
 - Tender beef and potatoes cooked and then fried untill crispy, served with a delicious tomato broth and topped with lettuce, carrots, pickled onions, zucchini, dry cheese and a spicy hot salsa
Freshly made corn tortillas
 - Take a turn trying to make your own!
Suaves de Coco
 - Coconut based marshmallows very typical from this region
$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
