MKFM’s Meet of MK – Thursday 28th August 2025
5:00pm–8:00pm | Hotel La Tour, Milton Keynes
The Meet of MK is held at various locations across Milton Keynes on the last Thursday of every month.
This month, we are delighted to be hosted by Hotel La Tour, Pride’s official accommodation partner for Milton Keynes Pride Festival 2025. Welcome drinks are served from 5pm, guests will enjoy a glass of prosecco, a selection of canapés, and networking with like-minded local businesses and organisations. There will also be an update from MKFM, a raffle (so bring your business cards), and some guest speakers, with the event closing at 8pm.
This edition of The Meet of MK is themed around Pride, inclusion and community, in collaboration with Milton Keynes Pride Festival, ahead of the main event on Saturday 13th September in Campbell Park.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Vicki Vivacious, star of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Series 5, who will be performing live on the evening.
The Meet of MK was launched eight years ago as an alternative to some of the already well-established networking events in Milton Keynes. The event sees lots of new faces, as well as regular attendees, on the last Thursday of every month as local businesses and charitable organisations connect in a relaxed environment.
Joanne Ronan, Head of Commercial Partnerships at MKFM, says:
“The Meet of MK feels more like after-work drinks and allows our attendees to relax at the end of each month. The event sees a great mix of businesses attend, including many of our partners, and is always a great evening with attendees making new contacts and friends. We hope to see you all at the next one!”
