Join the Center for Photography at Woodstock (CPW) every Thursday evening for an enlightening experience with local and visiting artists. On January 25, 2024, Adrianna Ault will be the featured artist at "Meet the Artist," where she will present her project "Levee" and discuss the emotional space that inspired its creation. The exhibition of "Levee" will be on view at CPW from January 13 to March 17, 2024. Ault's monograph of this body of work, titled "Levee" and published by VOID in 2023, will be available for purchase. The event will be live-streamed on CPW's YouTube Page at 6 pm. This weekly event provides an opportunity for the public to engage with new artwork, learn about artistic processes, and connect with fellow artists and friends. Taking place at CPW's gallery located at 474 Broadway in Kingston, NY, "Meet the Artist" is open to the public and free of charge. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks will be served. The Arnold and Augusta Newman Foundation generously supports "Meet the Artist." Adrianna Ault, an American photographer raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, will be sharing her extensive experience in the field of photography. Ault's work has been recognized internationally, and she holds an MFA from the Hartford International Limited-Residency Photography School. She currently works from her studio in the Hudson Valley of New York and has also taught at various colleges and workshops.
