The performance of the "Min Nan Shen Yun" is a large-scale affair that reflects the folk customs of Fujian and Taiwan. The modern electronic music San Taizi is cleverly integrated with the southern Fujian tradition; and through the love line of Ah Ming and Ah Mei, various elements such as Nanyin, puppetry, Mazu culture, and chest-beating dance are strung together. The performance of more than an hour highly presents the southern Fujian culture.

I was lucky enough to sit in the front row and participate in many activities. I often watch puppet shows, but this is my first time to experience it. It really tests the flexibility of my fingers. I also had a lot of fun tasting tea and grabbing wedding candies.
