For this year's Manchester Jean Monnet Centre Annual Lecture, join us for a roundtable discussion with 
Pedro Serrano, EU Ambassador to the UK, Toni Haastrup, Professor of Global Politics at the Universtiy of Manchester
, and representatives of EU Member States on the new European security landscape. We will hear introductory remarks from leading European diplomats and academic experts, followed by a Q&A with the audience.
