New Moon - Artist’s Circle Come experience a somatic journey into the body as we release any stuck emotions that are no longer serving us through movement. As we gather under the magic of new the new moon, we will shed old layers of ourselves and welcome the new. If you want to find safety, healing, and deeper presence in your body, please join us! Together we will dance, laugh, and connect deeply to ourselves. This event celebrates the healing power of community, all are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or a yoga mat to sit on. About the Artist - Kendara Norwood Kendra Norwood is an intuitive, professional dancer with formal training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, musical theatre, hip hop, hula, and more. She teaches in Chattanooga and also dives deep into somatic work and the connection between breath, body, movement and emotions. Kendra creates spaces to facilitate healing journeys through movement, while also aiming to restore joy and connection through the art of dance.
