Location - 1855 Griffin Rd, Showroom B102, Dania Beach, FL 33004 Interested artists are invited to join for a preview on Saturday afternoon (4/26/2025) 2PM-3PM while we host an open house preview with Zero Empty Spaces team. All spaces are $3/sqft including water & electric on a month to month basis. (Average space 96sqf = $308/mo) Zero Empty Spaces (ZES) a rapidly growing affordable artist studio/vacancy management company that creates affordable artist studios in vacant spaces around the country where artists can create and collaborate at an affordable price. The concept expands the appreciation of all genres of art and helps to create a thriving cultural community in the cities surrounding each location.
