I am Carole, one of your Yoga teachers. In 2022, I qualified as a 200 hours Yoga Teacher, training with Bryony Hammerton at the Be Yoga Academy in Haywards Heath. Prior to this, I became a Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) teacher through Deepak Chopra’s Education Programme in 2021 and led a PSM meditation circle for two years.
I have always been searching for the meaning of life: Who Am I? What do I want? What is my purpose? What am I grateful for?
I have a daily meditation practice which helps to ground me each morning. When I have time, I love starting the day with 25 to 30 mins of Yoga. This can be a challenge as I work full-time and sometimes have to travel for work.

I am Bhakti and I have been working in the healthcare industry for 20+ years. I have always enjoyed interacting with varied people and find it quite intriguing that underneath different guises, we are essentially very similar and often searching for the same things in life at a base level - feeling loved, feeling safe and being at peace.
I grew up in India and was introduced to the practice of Yoga and Meditation in my early years. I am fascinated with the phenomenal effect even an hour's practice can have on your week and in turn on your life.
