Join us for a unique opportunity to explore the regeneration work transforming our local area and discover the diverse careers involved in shaping the future of North East Lincolnshire.
Your journey begins with a guided walking tour, offering an insightful look at the regeneration projects underway in the town centre. You'll gain firsthand understanding of the wide range of job roles essential to making these developments happen—from urban planning and civil engineering to community engagement and economic strategy.
Following the tour, we’ll reconvene at 
Grimsby Town Hall for a facilitated discussion with NELC graduates and apprentices
. They’ll share their experiences transitioning from education into council employment—what worked well, what could be improved, and how their learning journey connects to real-world careers. Teachers will also have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback, ensuring a productive exchange of insights between educators and young professionals.
