This ones for the amateur prop makers, cosplayers, and lovers of storytelling!
In this workshop participants will transform ordinary socks into on-of-a-kind puppets, using a mixture of age appropriate crafting, upcycling, and cardboard engineering techniques.
We'll build up their bodies before building up their character arch, and personalise them with a range of accessories that eco thier personality.  Participant will leave with an understanding of how to construct a puppet, confidence using hot glue guns, a better understanding of how versatile some materials can truly be in a world of miniture making, and the foundations of character building.  Ages 8+ (younger participants will be considered if they have confident scissor and gluing skills).
