Novatone at Star Bar - launch of their new single 'Sunny Day'. An acoustic concert with Chiara Browne on keys/vocals. Novatone are Ann Marie Walsh on vocals and Mark McCorry on vocals and guitars - originally from Kilkenny, the couple are now based on the Wicklow/Wexford border. Having performed as an acoustic duo for many years, they played their first full band electric Novatone gig in November 2024 to a full house in Little Whelans. In February they released their debut single 'Spotlight' and headlined Whelan’s Upstairs and in April they shared the main stage at a fundraiser for Gaza in Whelans with Sack, Mundy, Brian Branigan (A Lazarus Soul) Alice Jago and Stefan Murphy. Novatone are celebrating the release of their new single 'Sunny Day'so for this special concert in The Star Bar, Ann Marie & Mark will showcase their acoustic roots and harmonies. Joining them is keyboard player and vocalist Chiara Browne.
