EVENT RULES
Glass Free Site - No Glass Is Allowed On Site - Checks Will Be In Place
1. Admission by pre-bought tickets ONLINE only. These will be scanned on entry and are required.
2. Tickets are non-refundable
3. Parking on site is by TICKET ONLY - Parking on the Sunday will be severely restricted and at a cost of £10 per car. Parking tickets are available from Julie (the bar manager) in the Mickleover Golf Club Clubhouse only with proof of concert ticket purchase and on a first come first serve basis.
4. There will be no overnight parking on Saturday or Sunday evening
5. We operate a Check25 policy
6. Children are not allowed to run between or behind the stage for safety reasons
7. No BBQs or cooking equipment allowed
8. No shelters or gazebos allowed
9. No dogs allowed (assistance dogs are exempt from this rule)
10. Please take care on-site as some areas may be uneven
11. Any abuse to staff may result in you and your party leaving without a refund (professional door staff will be in operation)
12. The above policy (in Rule 11) will apply if you are the responsible adult for a child that is found consuming alcohol on-site.
13. The event will be covered by CCTV and footage will be passed onto to Derbyshire Police if required
14. Photos and Videos may be taken by Mickleover Golf Club and their suppliers for promotional use, including social media. If you do not wish to appear in these, you or must contact Mickleover Golf Club directly.
