I’m thrilled to invite you to my very first Pilates workshop — a space where mindful movement meets personal transformation.
I know words like 
healing

 can feel big. But big things start small — with one breath, one movement, one choice to show up for yourself.
In this hands-on, beginner-friendly experience, I’ll introduce my unique approach to Pilates: one that blends core strength, posture awareness, fascia release, and self-care.
Together, we’ll explore how building strength from the inside out can lead to real empowerment — in your body, your energy, and your life.
At this workshop, you’ll experience:
✔️ A guided, all-levels Pilates mat class
✔️ Mini facial massage techniques to support the mind-body connection
✔️ An introduction to fascia maneuvers from Human Garage
✔️ A participant-led Q&A session
Whether you’re shooting a 3-pointer, wrangling kids, or walking into your next boardroom meeting, moving with strength and awareness changes everything.
