Grab a friend and your mat and join us at Aslin Beer Company in Alexandria on Saturday, September 28! Continue your Saturday after class at Aslin, hanging out and enjoying everything Aslin has to offer :) Check-in will begin at 9:50 am and we will begin at 10:00 am. Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT; one will not be provided. Water and towel are recommended. No need to print tickets! And this is a rain or shine event; there are no refunds. Location: Aslin Beer Company, Alexandria! The class will be held indoors, in an large area to the right of the retail room, opposite the taproom. Meet your Instructor: Amanda completed Pilates teacher training at Mind the Mat in 2018, where she continues to teach classes weekly. She also teaches private group classes.
