Discover Yoga
Yoga changed my life—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It helped me heal, find balance, and reconnect with myself. More than anything, I want to share this practice, break the stigma around yoga, and show that it truly is for everyone.
Professionally, I hold six certifications—four in yoga and two in barre and fitness—and have been teaching yoga for 10 years.
Before yoga, I spent 15 years as a competitive dancer, which influences my creative, flow-based style. My teaching is intentional—every movement has a purpose. I’ve spent years refining the ability to modify my classes for all body types, ensuring that every student feels empowered and supported.
My classes are fun, down-to-earth, and welcoming to all. I believe yoga teachers are human too, and I strive to make everyone feel comfortable, seen, and capable on the mat.
Driven by my personal transformation through yoga, I founded Discover Yoga in Fort Wayne to create an inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds can experience the profound benefits of this practice. My goal is to break down barriers and demonstrate that yoga truly is for everyone.
