This community-driven event offers free food and free mental health support along with the HYROX PFT. The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) is a specially designed workout that serves as the perfect introduction to your new sport as well as provides insights into your HYROX fitness level. The challenging workout includes a 1000m Run, 50 Burpee Broad Jumps, 100 Stationary Lunges, 1000m Row, 30 Push Ups, and 100 Wallballs. By participating in the HYROX P’F”T, you will get a clear indication of your HYROX fitness level and receive recommendations for the appropriate division to sign up for. Divisions range from HYROX PRO for times between 15-25 minutes to HYROX Relay for times between 35-45 minutes. The event offers time slots per person.
