While running is an instinctive and natural activity, running more efficiently is not something that everyone is able to do. New runners concerned about injuries and competitive runners looking to shave seconds off their PB will benefit from being more bio-mechanically efficient. This class is best experienced with a buddy, so sign up together with a friend. The class has three parts - a presentation on the Sports Science behind your running gait, a hands-on session where you do running drills (total of 10 different running drills, across three sessions) and a demo of what exercises to do plus Discussion / QnA. W hy you should attend this Intermediate class I f you are concerned about getting running injuries as a new runner, this class is for you. Perhaps you are a seasoned marathoner looking for a breakthrough and want to run more efficiently. You have attended the Basic class and now want to learn more about an efficient breathing technique, how to manage your training effort with Rate of Perceived Exertion and Heart Rate, fine tune your running cadence and reduce rotational forces and vertical oscillation. This class will also help dispel running myths and mistakes. Jewel Changi Airport is a nature-themed entertainment and retail complex located in Singapore Changi Airport. Its core is the world&#39;s tallest indoor waterfall &quot;Rain Vortex&quot;, and its surroundings are arranged in a stepped forest. Construction began in December 2014 and officially opened on October 18, 2019, with a construction cost of 1.7 billion Singapore dollars.

Jewel Changi Airport has gardens, attractions, hotels and about 300 retail stores and restaurants. The total floor area is 135,700 square meters, with a total of 10 floors, including 5 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. Among the attractions, there are Shiseido Forest Valley, an indoor garden up to 5 floors, and the Starry Sky Garden on the top floor. Jewel Changi Airport has about 300,000 visitors per day.

🚝T1, T2, and T3 are interconnected, and you can also take the sky train between the three terminals (free of charge).
But please note that you can only see the waterfall when you go back and forth between T2 and T3 (T2-T3 left window, T3-T2 right window)

🚃If the flight is at T4, you can check in at other terminals first, and then take the airport shuttle to T4

The attractions in the airport are all outside the customs, and you have to check in before you can visit them, but Jewel Changi Airport is inside the customs of Singapore, and you can only go there after entering Singapore.
