**This will be a small class of only 6 for the personal experience of individual time spent on each person with the sound tools and hands on Reiki. ***
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. Reiki is a form of complementary and alternative medicine; there’s evidence it can reduce daily stress and help with management of some chronic diseases.
Reiki healing uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to their natural state.
This alternative healing is used to help a variety of mental, emotional and physical challenges such as insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and acute or chronic physical pain.
We will then move into a deeper relaxation while being bathed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, Tibetan gong and tuning forks. The combination of sound and Reiki can strengthen one’s meditative experience and have profound healing mentally, physically and emotionally.
During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing become deeper. This can put you into a level of relaxing you will love!
"Most people feel refreshed and at ease following a soundbath. The experience is unique to each individual and may include physical sensations, visual images, a range of emotions, creative insights or even a deep sleep.”
The feedback from regular "sound bathers" is that they have increased their ability to handle stress and anxiety, can move through challenging situations in a more graceful manner, experience improved sleep and have a better overall sense of health and wellbeing.
We also require a 24 hr notice of not attending as we do have wait lists of others wanting to come to the events.

A fun, festive, and educational experience foreveryone. The Park has an assortment ofactivities, rides, food, civic museums, and heritage architecture emphasizing the cultural significance of early Prairie settlement/life.It&#39;s like taking a step back in time, and it&#39;s worthevery dollar. 11/10 do recommend.

It looks like a tunnel bridge, and it is also a transportation hub for passing through the other side of the river. The color of this bridge is very eye-catching, with red intersecting structures. Vehicles cannot pass through, but people and bicycles can pass freely. There are lights at night, and Fengjia feels magnificent.

it&#39;s a nice place to visit not only for kids but for adults who love animals as well. i went here alone, and it was nice to have a walk and see the animals at the same time. sadly,the pandas are gone, but i got to see them before they&#39;re gone.
