Through journaling, meditation, playful movement, self massage, and silly sounding, we'll engage in rituals for release, explore our deeper emotions and subconscious patterns, let go of baggage, and embrace our intuition to guide us forward.
How to prepare for the evening of somatic soup!
Wear something you feel good and comfortable in... maybe even sensual and mysterious.
