This year we are enhancing the experience by showcasing each shortlisted project before revealing the winners. From a futuristic factory redefining sustainable industrial design to a tranquil sanctuary for young people within a hospice and the sensitive transformation of the historic Grade I-listed Hull Minster, these projects represent the pinnacle of architectural innovation and impact.

Andrew Edwards
. “Andrew Edwards is an event host, university teacher, trainer and broadcaster. He was a presenter at BBC Radio Leeds for thirty years until 2023, including 15 hosting the breakfast show. He’s made a number of award-winning documentaries including ‘Major at the Music Hall’ with former Prime Minister John Major.”
The RIBA 2025 Awards celebration
 will provide an opportunity for members, their design teams, and the wider built environment community to get together to celebrate their achievements and enjoy some networking time.

Tickets includes a 2-course meal and arrival drinks. The bar will be open for further drinks.
Dress code
This is a welcoming, celebratory event. There is no formal dress code, but you might choose to dress to impress choosing anything from black tie, lounge suites, cocktail dresses to any outfit you’ve been waiting for a special occasion to wear.
Terms and Conditions
Photographs will taken as part of this event and the images may be used to publicise future RIBA events.
By accepting an invitation or purchasing a ticket you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as a visitor attending the event.
All dietary requirements can be catered for. Please indicate any special dietary requirements in the relevant box on the registration form.
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served.

About The Guildhall York
York Guildhall is situated on the north bank of the River Ouse, behind the 
Mansion House
. The hall was built in 1445 for the Guild of St Christopher and St George and the Corporation and was used as a meeting place for the guilds of York. The city's guilds largely controlled the trade within York, oversaw the quality of the workmanship within the city and looked after their members' interests.
