Come join Artist @a.i.Azucena for a powerful, sensual and relaxing evening of painting and meditation inspired by the smooth sounds of Sade. Let your creativity flow while finding inner peace in a serene atmosphere.
This event will take place at Miraki Life Workspace, in Roncesvalles; a perfect setting to unleash your artistic side and feel safe to affirm your power and artist within!
WHAT TO EXPECT: 15-min Visual Manifestation Meditation using essential oils
+ + Sound Healing with Emil5y @Celestial.Art.Of.Medicine10-min Stream of Conscious writing with Affirmation setting1.5 Hour Guided Painting of SADE using acrylic on a circle canvas, crushed gems and gold glass for texture.Sade Music Videos playing on a projectorlight snacks and juice will be providedmusic specifically curated to vibe to with Sade as the forefront of inspiration!
WHAT TO BRING:
yoga mat or a blanket & pillow for the meditation portion
WHAT IS A VISUAL MANIFESTATION MEDITATION:
Anna will guide us in meditation inspired by story telling and affirmations.
Sade being the theme of this workshop, we will be guided in affirmations to open up all 7 chakras; with a story that allows us to visualize ourselves in our highest being. The story typically channels all 5 senses, being intentional and positive. Our scent will be stimulated through essential oils and breathwork.
