A creative pause for persons ready to exhale deeply and express soulfully.Join Laura from Beyond the Bend and Tamara from Creative Spark Art for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you reconnect with your body, awaken your creative spirit, and feel deeply grounded.
This unique 5-hour experience blends:
* Gentle Somatic & Restorative Yoga
* Breathwork & Meditation
* Guided Mandala Art Creation
* Tea, Journaling, and Soulful Reflection
We’ll begin with calming yoga and breath practices to soften your nervous system and bring you into presence. From this grounded place, you’ll be guided through a mandala art process — no experience needed, just a willingness to explore. We’ll close the day with restorative rest, journaling, and a heartfelt circle to integrate the experience.This is for you if: You crave stillness, reflection, and beauty You’re feeling overstretched and want to come home to yourself. You long to move gently and express creatively in a welcoming, women-led space
