Row Your Can Off is an exciting opportunity for individuals to come together and participate in a 1/2 marathon rowing event. This event will take place in High Point on November 18, 2023, at the venue located at 3700 North Main Street. The primary goal is to support High Point Central High School through a charitable cause facilitated by Communites In Schools.

Participants are required to form teams of three and complete the half marathon row. To ensure the success of this event, each team member must contribute a designated entry fee of 10 cans or boxes of non-perishable food items, totaling 30 per team. This contribution will be collected during check-in.

It is recommended that one member of each team take on the role of Team Captain and register the team. Please note that registration should only be completed once per team. Additionally, rest assured that Row Your Can Off is a family-friendly occasion, providing a welcoming environment for all.
