The highly anticipated Run with Heart Race NYC is selling out quickly! Once all the waves are filled, registrations will close, so be sure to secure your spot before it's too late. Don't worry if the waves are sold out, though. You can still participate in the virtual run option called Run with Heart for other hearts around the world. By signing up for this run, you will receive a free commemorative heart pin, symbolizing your contribution to a worthy cause. Not only will you be making a difference, but 100% of the fundraising and a portion of the proceeds will go directly to the American Heart Association.

This exclusive event is designed for a small, intimate group, with only 15 participants per wave. All ages are welcome, and you can choose to run or walk at your own pace. No special equipment or setup is required; it's simply a pure run to support your personal goals. The race will be stress-free, as there are no timing chips. However, if you wish to keep track of your time, our coordinators can provide bib numbers on race day.

In addition to the rewarding experience of participating in the Run with Heart Race NYC, you will also receive a swag bag filled with exciting items. This includes a premium running shirt and a finisher's medal, which will be emailed to you after the run. Packet pickup is hassle-free, as all swag will be shipped directly to your US mailing address. Race bibs will be provided on race day.

Stay updated with all the race details by keeping an eye on your email. A final update will be sent out the Wednesday before the race, including course maps and any necessary information. If you're considering a last-minute registration, please note that your shirt may arrive after the run, but you're welcome to wear any appropriate shirt for the race.

Central Park is very fun. There are large lawns and many squirrels running around. You can rent bicycles and ride horse-drawn carriages in the park. It is also nice to just walk around. There is a huge children&#39;s playground not far from Columbus circle. Children from all over the world who come to New York come here to play. They can play in the sand and water, and there are slides, swings, and rockeries. It is easy to play for half a day. There are also many people playing on the lawn. Many people there like to throw frisbees. Many families come here for vacation. It doesn&#39;t get dark until about 8:30 in the summer in the United States, so it&#39;s no problem to play in the park for a whole day!

Bryant Park is adjacent to the New York Public Library. It is named after the American naturalist poet William Cullen Bryant and is a public space covering one block.

In the middle of the park is a large square lawn; on the east side is a statue of Bryant, with his back against the New York Public Library, looking at the tourists in the park; on the west side of the lawn is a fountain; and around it are a circle of tables and chairs for tourists to relax and rest.

Perhaps because it is in a busy city and next to the library, there are quite a lot of tourists in the park, it is very lively and full of life.
