Running Dryy is a social running group in Leeds that offers a unique opportunity for individuals to connect and run with like-minded people, all without the involvement of alcohol. This non-competitive group welcomes anyone who wants to exercise and form connections through running, regardless of their teetotal status. In order to create a supportive and alcohol-free environment, participants are kindly asked to refrain from discussions and consumption of alcohol during the event.

The group meets on the last weekend of every month at various locations throughout the country. For the upcoming event in February, participants will gather at Left Bank Leeds, situated on Cardigan Road in Burley. This picturesque venue offers a secure bag storage facility for convenience. The planned route for the day is an easy-paced 5k run around the beautiful Woodhouse Moor.

After the invigorating run, participants will have the option to take part in a 45-minute yoga session. This session will be led by the renowned Rakesh Patel, also known as 'The Dream Weaver'. The combination of running and yoga will provide a holistic and rejuvenating experience for all attendees.
