 for an free engaging, full-day professional development workshop focused on building safer, more inclusive workplaces for women and gender-diverse individuals. Event is open to all, networking opportunities as well. A certificate of participation will be provided to all attendees.
Through interactive activities, group discussions, and practical skill-building, participants will explore topics such as:
Equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace
Understanding gender diversity
Addressing bias, conflict, and microaggressions
Strategies for creating respectful and psychologically safe environments
