Rooted in ecstatic dance, this is a guided, music-driven journey designed to awaken your natural energy — your life force — and help you move with freedom, presence, and joy. Whether you’re a long-time ecstatic dancer or brand new to it, Life Force Dance offers an inclusive space to boost your mood, energise your body, and connect with others through music and movement. This isn’t about performance — it’s about presence. There are no steps to follow, no expectations — just space to move however your body wants to move, in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. We begin with an opening circle and short mindful practice to help you arrive in the moment and set your intention. Then, the music with a live DJ takes over — a journey through: * Slow, grounding beats to ease in * Uplifting R&B, hip-hop, reggaeton, Afro beats, and Latin rhythms to build momentum * Afro-Latin-Tribal house for a powerful, high-energy peak * A gentle cool-down meditation and closing circle to integrate and reset Whether you’re here for health, wellbeing, or simply a new way to enjoy socialising and dancing, Life Force Dance is a space where you can be your authentic self, connect with others, and tap into your life force. This is a joyful, alcohol-free, drug-free, and smoke-free space—one of the few places in London where you can dance sober and feel completely safe. We’re proud to create this welcoming environment and ask everyone to respect our zero tolerance policy for substances. Let’s support each other in building more safe, sober spaces for our community to enjoy.Let your body speak. To deepen your dance experience, we invite you to connect with the music through movement instead of words. Feel free to surrender to the rhythm and let your body express itself fully. If you’d like to chat or take a break, our separate breakout space is open for you anytime.Enjoy a digital detox. Take this time to be fully present with yourself and those around you by taking a break from your phone.Move freely and creatively. We’ll start with some light guidance, but there’s no choreography—this is your chance to let the music guide you, release any worries, and dance like nobody’s watching!Respect your fellow dancers.
