The program teaches the Zones of Regulation® framework through yoga movement, Pranayama Breathing, and Reflective Art to Help Children Understand and Regulate their Emotions.

Celebrating Emotional Growth
Whether your child has been with us before or it’s their first time, everyone is welcome!
We’ll reflect on what we’ve learned and celebrate our progress through movement and creative expression.
For those who are new, we’ll introduce key ideas of the Zones of Regulation and simple tools for recognizing and managing emotions.
Children will be guided through the complete Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) sequence, with support to hold each pose for a few calming breaths.
They will also practice calming breathing techniques (Pranayama), explore feelings and emotions through interactive storytelling, and express their creativity through drawing and playful, animal-inspired poses found within the Surya Namaskar flow.
What to Bring: 
Please bring a 
yoga mat
 for your child. We’ll provide all other materials, including 
sensory tools, a reflection journal, and crayons
